
苦瓜半条(切片)、蛋2只(打散)、蒜米2汤匙、盐1茶匙、味精少许、胡椒粉适量。
做法:
1。放少许盐腌苦瓜片十分钟,洗干净晾干。
2。爆香蒜米,炒香苦瓜,再加入蛋汁炒熟。
3。加入盐和味精炒均,上桌前洒下胡椒粉。
