豆腐焖青菜。Green Vege with Taufu

材料:
青菜、豆腐1块(压烂)、蛋白1粒、红葱1粒、绞肉少许。调味料:蚝油1汤匙、花雕酒2汤匙、麻油1茶匙。

做法:
1。将青菜用水放点盐烫熟,摆盘。
2。爆香红葱头,炒香绞肉和豆腐及调味料。
3。加入蛋白勾芡,趁热倒在青菜上。上桌。

Ingredients:
Any green vegetable, Taufu 1 pc (smashed), egg white 1, red onion 1(slice), minced meat,Oyster Sauce 1 Ttsp, huatiaojiu or any cooking wine 2 Ttsp, sesame oil 1 tsp.

Steps:
1. Cook the green vege with water and a pinch of salt, dry the vege and put on a plate.
2. Stir fry the red onion, together with mince meat, taufu and all the sauces.
3. Add egg white and stir it well, then pour it on the green vege. Serve.
